At Good Sports, we understand that sometimes your item is not the perfect fit. We are happy to offer an exchange or return on [most] items, provided they are returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please review our return instructions below for a quick and easy return.
Items are eligible for a refund based on the date you received our item.
- Within 30 days: Full refund, less original shipping
- After 30 days: Not eligible for refund
- Holiday Return Period: All orders placed between November 1 and December 31 are eligible for returns and exchanges through January 31, 2021.
Store credit for returns between 30-60 days is possible with prior approval. Contact our customer service team for more information.

- Pack the item(s) and packing slip in its original packaging and include ALL tags. You can recycle the shipping container it arrived in, or you can put it in a plain box.
- Print the USPS label and affix it to the outside of the parcel. If you are returning shoes, please DO NOT affix the shipping label directly to the shoe box as this will incur a 50% deduction of your refund amount!
- Drop off the package at the nearest USPS facility.
- We'll do our best to notify you when we receive your item, but please be aware that we are not responsible for any packages until they are received by our staff.
- *International and oversized/heavy shipments are excluded from this offer
All items must be returned in NEW and UNWORN condition (with tags attached) to be eligible for a refund.
Footwear must be returned clean, and in the same condition it was received! Include all original packaging that came with the shoes, including the shoe box. Returns where the shoe box is wrapped in tape or has a shipping label directly affixed to it will receive a refund of 50% of the purchase price.
At this time, our self-serve return portal is only avaible for those shipments that arrived to you via USPS. If your order was shipped via FedEx or UPS, please contact our customer service team via chat, email, or phone for a pre-paid return label.
Good Sports will provide free return shipping if the item is deemed defective, or if there was any mishandling on our part. Please note we may ask for photos and/or more information before providing the label.
Return To Sender
Any items received as "Return to Sender" are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% to cover the cost of shipping.
What Can Be Returned
Items in new, unworn condition with all manufacturers tags and packaging.
What Can Not Be Returned
The following are non-returnable unless authorized by Good Sports: personal items, undergarments, swimwear, climbing gear, wearable monitors, sunglasses, goggles and GoPro products.
Items that are used, damaged, dirty, missing tags, missing original packaging, missing the shoe box, or past the return window.
Returns are processed Tuesday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Refunds are usually issued within 5 business days of the return being processed.
We'll do our best to notify you via email when we receive your return and again when your refund has been processed.
- Items returned in new condition with all manufacturer packaging and tags are eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds for items returned dirty, damaged or worn will be for 50% of the purchase price.
- Refunds for items returned without manufacturer packaging or tags will be for 50-70% of the purchase price.
- Refunds for shoes returned without shoe box or with shoe box taped shut will be for 50% of the purchase price.
- After 60 days items are not eligible for return without prior approval.

The quickest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the item you want and then return the order you received to us for a refund. We will waive any shipping fees applied to your new order.
This allows us to get your new item out to you quickly and make sure it does not sell to another customer! Once your return is received we will process a refund, less original shipping cost.

WARRANTY & DEFECTS
If the item has a defect, due to a fault in the materials or workmanship, contact our Customer Service team. They will help facilitate a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
We also understand that sometimes gear doesn’t perform or fit to your liking. If you find yourself unsatisfied with an item, please contact our customer service department for warranty options.
