Return Policy
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving product. Items must be new & unworn with the original tags & packaging. If your item came with a box (like shoes) the box must be in it's original condition. Original box/package must be wrapped in paper for the return. DO NOT apply postage directly to the merchandise box. Item must be re-sellable, or we will not be able to accept the return. Returns with postage applied to merchandise box will be refused. Sale items may be exchanged, but not refunded. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving product. Swimwear or underwear will be returned or exchanged in accordance with Texas State Law. Insure packages for your protection. Please include order number and name associated with purchase for returns.
Items purchased with FREE shipping - these Returns will incur a $10 restocking fee. Exchanges are not subject to this fee, however, the buyer pays for all shipping for this exchange. After our receipt & inspection of the returned item, you will be notified when your card is credited.
