We stand behind everything we sell, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. New items returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging with tags intact will receive a refund up to 30-days after receipt of the order. Items in new/unused condition are returnable for store credit from 30 to 60-days from receipt of order. The guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Refunds for items that are damaged, missing tags/packaging, not in their original condition,dirty, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a Good Sport's error are not returnable.
If the item has a defect, due to a fault in the materials or workmanship, contact our Customer Service team. They will help facilitate a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
We also understand that sometimes gear doesn’t perform or fit to your liking. If you find yourself unsatisfied with an item, please contact our customer service department for warranty options.

Return & Exchange Instructions:
  1. All returns must include original manufacturers packaging and tags.
  2. Include the packing slip that came with the order or a note with your name & order number.
  3. Mail the return item(s) back in its original manufacturers packaging. Please place the mfg. packaging into a separate mailing container for shipment. Do not apply shipping labels or packing tape directly on manufacturers packaging.
  4. We highly recommend that you insure and track the return shipment.

Note: Undergarments, Swimwear, climbing gear & wearable monitors are not returnable. Glasses and Goggles are not returnable without prior approval.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. As a convenience to you, we do offer pre-paid labels through USPS. The cost of the label will be deducted from any refund. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please contact our Customer Care team prior to making your return.
Exhanges: If you are returning an item with the intent on exchanging, the easiest way to complete an exchange is to simply return your item for a refund and place an order for the new item you would prefer.

Shoes must be returned clean, and in the same condition they were received in! Include all original packaging that came with the shoes, including the shoe box. Returns where the original shoe box is taped or if a shipping label is affixed to it will receive a refund of 50-70% of the item’s price. Thank you!

Important! Follow the qualifiers below for a fast and full credit refund. Used items must be cleaned; used merchandise that is sent to Good Sports not cleaned will be for at least 70% of the price.

Important Qualifiers:  
  • Include all tags (still attached), manufacturer's packaging and any accessories that came with the order
  • Refunds for shoes returned slightly dirty/worn/without the retailer's packaging, will be for 70%
  • Refunds for shoes returned without shoe box or with shoe box taped shut will be for 50%
  • Refunds for items that are damaged, not in their original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a Good Sport's error will be for 50%
  • Underwear, swimwear, and climbing gear are non-returnable. Contact us for returns of sun glasses and goggles, and we will get back to you as soon as possible

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We will provide pre-paid shipping labels in the case of a defect or mishandling on our part. This return label is valid for 20 days after issue.

Good Sports is not responsible for packages lost in transit. therefore we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.


We make a substantial effort to complete your return within 2-5 business days after it arrives at our warehouse. The department is open M-F. Returns received on Saturdays and Holidays will be processed the following business day. Occasionally, we take longer based on overall volume.
